WEBSITE & INQUIRY TERMS

Website information supports a project review; it is not an order contract.

These terms explain how product references, planning information and inquiries on this website should be understood. Order-specific rights and responsibilities must be stated in the applicable quotation, purchase order or written agreement.

1. Scope of these terms

These terms apply to use of the Wincome Apparel website and communications initiated through it. By using the website, you agree to use its content lawfully and not attempt to disrupt, misuse or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

These website terms are a general operating draft and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being relied on as final legal terms for your business or jurisdiction.

2. Product and capability information

Product pages, images, specifications, lead-time references, MOQ references and buyer guides are provided for preliminary evaluation and planning. They do not represent fixed inventory, a binding offer, or a guarantee that every displayed feature is available for every quantity, market or delivery date.

Known limitations and unverified attributes may be identified on product pages. Exact material, color, fit, decoration, packaging, compliance scope, price and timing require project-specific confirmation.

3. Manufacturing partners

Wincome Apparel coordinates authorized manufacturing partners selected for particular products, processes and order structures. The intended production route and the identity and responsibilities of the contracting parties should be confirmed in the relevant commercial documents before payment.

4. Inquiries and quotations

Submitting a form, email or message does not create an order or obligation to supply. A quotation is based on the information available at that time and may change when specifications, quantities, materials, artwork, testing, shipping or other requirements change.

Only the expressly accepted quotation, purchase order, invoice and written agreement applicable to an order determine its commercial scope.

5. Samples and approvals

Where sampling is required, buyers should review and approve the relevant product version, specifications, measurements, materials, decoration and packaging before bulk production. Changes after approval may affect feasibility, cost and schedule.

6. Artwork and intellectual property

Users should only provide artwork, trademarks, designs, images and other materials they are authorized to use. Product imagery on this site may illustrate a customization direction and does not grant rights to third-party graphics, trademarks or designs shown in a reference.

7. Quality, claims and remedies

Inspection scope, tolerances, defect rules, claim timing and any remedy must be defined in the order-specific documents. Website descriptions and general quality guides do not replace an approved specification or inspection agreement.

8. Shipping and external services

Carrier schedules, customs activity, payment services, communication platforms and other third-party services may operate under their own terms. Shipping responsibilities and included costs are determined by the written order scope and named trade term. See the Shipping & Delivery Information page.

9. Website content and availability

We may correct errors, update content or change website availability. We aim to keep information useful and accurate but do not guarantee that every page is complete, current or suitable for a specific commercial decision.

10. Privacy and contact

Use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. Questions about these terms can be sent to sales@wincomeapparel.com.
