Custom heavyweight hoodie manufacturing brief

A U.S. independent apparel buyer requested a heavyweight streetwear hoodie with an oversized silhouette, dropped shoulders and a washed, faded appearance. The confirmed bulk fabric was 350 GSM terry. The decoration direction combined a front DTF text graphic with rhinestone detail and a larger back DTF graphic.

Why a 350 GSM washed hoodie sample came first

The buyer began with one XL sample. That sample was used to check the oversized fit direction, washed appearance, front-and-back graphic placement, rhinestone treatment and branding details before the 40-piece bulk order.

Resolution offered: remake the affected sample result or provide compensation in the bulk order. The buyer accepted the disclosed solution and subsequently approved the sample.

This matters because combining DTF and rhinestones requires control of sequence, pressure, placement and material compatibility. A custom DTF hoodie can look correct in artwork while still needing a physical sample to validate the combined decoration process.
