What should be approved on a shorts sample?
Shorts depend on more than waist size. Define outseam, inseam, rise, leg opening, waistband height, elastic tension, drawcord, pocket construction and the intended balance between volume and length.
For washed and distressed programs, approve shade range, seam appearance, abrasion placement and dimensional change. Boxing and panelled styles also need alignment, reinforcement and movement checks.
