CUSTOM T-SHIRT PROGRAMS

Turn fabric weight and fit into a repeatable T-shirt specification.

Coordinate heavyweight jersey, washed finishes, boxy silhouettes, labels and decoration through a production route matched to your design and quantity. Sampling establishes the measurable standard for bulk production.

What should a custom T-shirt brief define?

Specify finished fabric weight, composition, knit structure, shrinkage target, neckline construction, body measurements, sleeve proportions, wash, artwork and packaging. “Heavyweight” and “oversized” are not measurable standards by themselves.

Washed colors and raw edges need physical approval references. Print and embroidery choices should be assessed against fabric weight, artwork scale, hand feel and expected wash performance before bulk production. Compare the main digital and analog routes in the DTF vs DTG vs screen printing guide.

01 JERSEY

Lock weight and shrinkage

Confirm finished GSM, composition, hand feel, dimensional stability and colorfastness.

02 SILHOUETTE

Measure the intended fit

Approve chest, body length, shoulder drop, sleeve opening and neckline dimensions.

03 BRANDING

Test decoration on fabric

Approve artwork size, placement, color, hand feel, labels and wash durability.

Evidence to confirm before bulk production

A reliable T-shirt program is controlled by approved measurements, fabric results and artwork references rather than visual similarity alone.

  • Finished fabric GSM and composition
  • Shrinkage and colorfastness results
  • Approved size chart and tolerances
  • Neck rib and seam construction
  • Artwork strike-off or embroidery sample
  • Label and packaging approval
